AHOY Classes: Adding Health to Our Years

An event every week that begins at 9:15 am on Thursday, repeating until July 1, 2022
Join wellness coordinator Savanna Altizer for low-impact aerobic and resistance training classes. They range from 30-45 minutes and can be done seated or standing!
