This type of class focuses on improving core strength by working the abdominals, back, and gluteal muscles. The class format consists of a thorough total body warm-up, core strength work, and total body final stretch. Equipment and floor work is optional. The goal of this class is to activate and re-engage core muscles to improve daily endurance, improve posture and prevent injury.
