As a HealthTeam Advantage member, you have access to many providers and hospitals for your healthcare needs. Our PPO plans do not require Members select a Primary Care Physician (PCP). However, we encourage all Members to do so to help better manage your health. When you select a HealthTeam Advantage in-network PCP, you’ll have a dedicated physician who will focus on your individual health care needs and coordinate your care with other in-network providers if needed. This allows you to keep your out-of-pocket costs lower and more predictable.
As you evaluate which plan to select and when you set up appointments for your healthcare needs, you may need to know whether a provider is in the HealthTeam Advantage network. You can search our network to find a provider that meets your needs.
