
2020 Personal Healthcare Concierge
At HealthTeam Advantage, we work hard to provide our members excellent customer service. Whenever you have a question, we are always just a phone call or email away. When you join HealthTeam Advantage, a personal Healthcare Concierge will work closely with you each time you need assistance and will follow up with you when needed.
HealthTeam Advantage Healthcare Concierges can help:
- Explain health plan benefits. Our HealthTeam Advantage Healthcare Concierges take the guesswork out of understanding your health plan coverage. Give us a call or send us email and we will answer questions you may have about your health plan benefits, pending claims, or account status.
- Coordinate healthcare services with an in-network doctor. HealthTeam Advantage’s strong network of primary care and specialty doctors know what it takes to care for seniors. Your personal Healthcare Concierge is there for you to find a doctor within our network. Usually, this can help lower your co-payment.
- Verify health plan coverage with a participating provider. Sometimes, navigating the healthcare system can be confusing. Your Healthcare Concierge can contact a healthcare provider on your behalf before your visit to confirm health plan coverage and coordinate the claims and billing process for you.
- Find a healthcare facility near you. No matter where you go, a HealthTeam Advantage Healthcare Concierge is available to help you access the healthcare you need. Your Healthcare Concierge can locate doctors or healthcare providers based on your location as well as assist you with scheduling an appointment.
HealthTeam Advantage, a product of Care N’ Care Insurance Company of North Carolina, Inc., is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract.
