Our Provider Network
HealthTeam Advantage HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) members must use the plan’s network of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other providers.
HealthTeam Advantage PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) members can visit any provider in our service area. Using in-network providers helps keeps out-of-pocket costs lower and more predictable. If you use an out-of-network provider, make sure they accept Medicare; otherwise, you’ll be responsible for the full cost of services. Except for emergencies or urgent care, it may cost more to visit out-of-network providers.
