Our Fitness Flex Benefit
In addition to the SilverSneakers® benefit, the Vitality Plan includes a $50 quarterly allowance for fitness-related activities such as personal trainer fees and items such as weights, yoga mats, and fitness activity trackers.
Members receive a fitness flex card loaded with the allowance, which they can use in the NationsBenefits® online store or at participating network retailers. (Members cannot carry any unused amounts to the next quarter.)
