Based on your health records, you may benefit from completing one or more free in-home test kits — screening for Hemoglobin A1C, Kidney Health Evaluation, or Colon Cancer. We have partnered with LabCorp to make it simple and convenient for you to complete these important tests from home.
A few things to note about these in-home test kits:
- Test kits will be mailed to your home with easy instructions on how to complete.
- A pre-paid envelope will be included, so you can mail the test kit back to LabCorp for processing.
- LabCorp will provide final test results by mail to your primary care doctor for further follow-up care if necessary.
- Once results are completed, you will also have access to the test results.
