Your OTC Benefit
Think about all the OTC medications and supplies you purchase throughout the year — from non-prescription pain relievers and allergy medications to vitamins and first aid kits. These items can get expensive, especially if you are managing a chronic condition and need OTC items on a regular basis.
To help with the cost of these supplies, members receive their quarterly allowance preloaded on a debit card through NationsBenefits®, which they use to purchase eligible OTC items from participating retailers or shop online through NationsBenefits.
The Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank N.A., Member FDIC. NationsBenefits is a registered trademark of NationsBenefits, LLC.
Highlights:
- Your allowance is available at the beginning of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1). Any unused allowance amounts will be forfeited at the end of each quarter and will not be carried forward to the next quarter or new plan year.
- Visit HTA.NationsBenefits.com to see a list of participating retailers or place an online order.
- New members will receive a prepaid debit card in the mail from NationsBenefits®. Activate your card by visiting HTA.NationsBenefits.com/Activate or calling 877-205-8005 (TTY 711).
- If you have questions about your card, call NationsBenefits at 888-433-1058 (TTY 711).
- If your card is missing, call your Healthcare Concierge at the number below.
