Greensboro, NC, April 21, 2025—HealthTeam Advantage is a proud sponsor of the North Carolina Senior Games & SilverArts in the Triad area. These popular annual events promote health and wellness for those 50 and over through participation in sports and the arts.
HealthTeam Advantage is sponsoring the following games this spring:
- Alamance-Burlington Senior Games & SilverArts
- Greater Greensboro Senior Games
- Greater High Point Senior Games
- Piedmont Plus Senior Games & SilverArts (Winston-Salem)
- Rockingham County Senior Games & SilverArts
These sponsorships help keep registration costs low for participants, who can compete in games such as pickleball, tennis, golf, track and field, basketball, biking, bowling, shuffleboard, and more.
SilverArts activities include drawing, photography, painting, dance, literary arts, and heritage arts such as knitting, quilting, and pottery.
Dates for the events vary, but most are in April and May. Winners can go on to compete at the state level.
Shelby Kline, community outreach supervisor for HealthTeam Advantage, says sponsoring the North Carolina Senior Games & SilverArts is a good fit for the Greensboro-based company.
“It’s important because it reinforces the whole vision of what HealthTeam Advantage is about — keeping seniors active and engaged in the community doing what they love, trying new things, and meeting new people,” Kline says.
