Greensboro, NC, November 27, 2023—Starting December 1, HealthTeam Advantage (HTA) members will have a new place to get information about their benefits, meet with a Healthcare Concierge, or take a class focused on improving their health. The new HTA Local Benefit Center will give members the space to meet with staff when they have questions and gather for classes or social events.
“Because we’re a local plan, we wanted a central location where we could meet with members and help them make the most of their benefits,” said John Dunn, Director of Sales and Marketing. “So we set out to design a comfortable space where we can deliver the personalized customer service that we are known for at HealthTeam Advantage.”
The Local Benefit Center is located at the Shoppes at Deep River in High Point (5815 Samet Dr., Suite 107) and will be open Monday–Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
In addition to serving HTA members, the Local Benefit Center will be a place where prospective members can learn more about HTA’s five Medicare Advantage plans and get their questions answered.
“We want this to be a space where current and future members can have a cup of coffee and learn more about HTA,” Dunn said. “We take pride in being active in our community, and the Local Benefit Center is another way to meet with our neighbors and learn about their needs.”
