These ratings are based on data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the federal agency responsible for managing the Medicare program. For 2025, HealthTeam Advantage received the following ratings from CMS for its Medicare Advantage plans:
- 4.5 out of 5 stars for its four Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans
- 4 out of 5 stars for its two Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans
CMS ratings are based on dozens of quality measures, such as how members rate plan services and care, how well providers detect illness and keep members healthy, and how well plans help members use recommended and safe prescription medications.
